Title of paper: A Matrix-Sparsity-Based Pauli Decomposition Method

We proposed a matrix sparsity-based Pauli decomposition (MSPD) method. By utilizing the sparsity of Pauli strings and mechanical matrices, we derived a matrix-form formula for non-zero Pauli coefficients. We introduced the Fast Hadamard (FHT) to accelerate the computation, and finally established the aforementioned MSPD method. Additionally, we developed dual-version codes in both MATLAB and Python.
